Rubi Wellness: Brand Identity for a Nutrition Practice
Client & scope
Rubi Wellness is the integrative nutrition and health coaching practice of Silva Barrasso, RDN, LDN, based in Beverly, Massachusetts and licensed across several states. Design Land built the brand from the mark outward: logo and identity system, business cards and a practice brochure, a templated social content library for Instagram and LinkedIn, and branded apparel for the practice.
The problem
Credentials do not communicate on their own. Silva’s method is integrative and personal — nutrition, psychology and movement treated as one system — but a practice that looks like a medical office says none of that, and one that looks like a wellness blog says the wrong thing. She also needed to show up consistently on social without commissioning a designer for every post.
What we did
We built an identity that reads as clinical and warm at once: a hand-drawn botanical mark, a spaced wordmark, the line “Feeding change, one bite at a time,” and a berry-to-plum palette that holds up at business-card size and on a phone screen. The system was extended into business cards, a practice brochure, a library of Instagram post and Reels templates Silva fills herself, LinkedIn assets, and branded hoodies for the practice.
What happened
The identity has held. The mark still fronts the practice — on the website Silva runs, on her cards and brochure, and on the apparel added later — and the social templates let her publish in her own brand without a designer in the loop for every post.
