A licensor is not choosing a deck. They are choosing who will carry their brand at retail for years.

The bid that wins shows the brand interpreted correctly, a line that fits the right retailers, and a plan the licensor can believe in. That is what we build: twenty years of licensed product design, turned into the presentation you walk into the room with. We have built full acquisition presentations for a national underwear, baselayer and loungewear manufacturer, and designed licensed programs that shipped to Urban Outfitters, Kmart and department stores.

What's in the deck

Everything a licensor needs to say yes.

Built to the licensor's style guide, in the format their approvals team expects.

Brand interpretation
How your program expresses the brand: mood, color story, graphics and the customer it is built for, all true to the style guide.
Category line plan
The assortment you will sell, by category, price tier and season, so the licensor sees a real line, not a mood board.
Product CAD boards
Presentation-quality CADs of hero styles with colorways and branding placement, ready to be read as product.
Retail & channel strategy
Which retailers and doors you are targeting and why your distribution protects and grows the brand.
Packaging & trim
Hang tags, labels and packaging concepts that show the brand at shelf, the detail licensors look for.
Three-year roadmap
How the program grows season over season, across categories and family segments. Included in the full family package.

Full Family Program $18,000
Men's, ladies', big & tall, boys' and girls' in one program, with a three-year roadmap. For bids that win on breadth. Four to six weeks.
After the Win $4,000/month
Once the license is signed: style guides, seasonal CADs, tech packs and line sheets, so the program you pitched is the program that ships. Six-month minimum.
How it works

From bid deadline to the room.

Four steps, timed to your submission date.

1
Free 20-minute intro call
Tell us the brand, the categories and your deadline. You get a straight answer on fit, scope and timing.
2
Brief and guidelines
We review the licensor's style guide, your factory capability and target retailers, and agree the story the deck has to tell.
3
Build the presentation
Line plan, CAD boards, packaging and retail strategy, with review rounds before it goes to the licensor.
4
Present, then build
You walk in with a program, not a pitch. When you win, the After the Win retainer turns it into product.

A few of the properties we have taken from approval to the sales floor.

Paris Saint-Germain × CRASH × Tango Hotel
Three rights holders, one capsule. We turned CRASH's artwork into a producible range of jerseys, fleece, headwear, accessories and a skateboard deck, plus the packaging and in-store graphics. It launched at PSG's Champs-Élysées store and sold out. Read the case study
Keith Haring × Urban Outfitters
We translated licensed fine art into wearable product (socks, loungewear and underwear), plus the custom packaging it sold in. The program ran four seasons at Urban Outfitters. Read the case study
Ed Hardy men's underwear & loungewear
For the licensee: product graphics across woven boxers, trunks, boxer briefs and robes, plus the campaign and billboard art. The multi-season program sold into Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Dillard's.
Joe Boxer for a Kmart licensee
Seasonal collections across intimates, loungewear and athleisure, keeping a long-running novelty brand fresh at a mass-market cost. The program shipped hundreds of thousands of units. Read the case study
Frequently Asked Questions

License pitches, answered.

Who is the License Pitch Package for?
Manufacturers, importers and private-label vendors bidding on a brand license, and the licensing agencies that represent brands and need strong candidate presentations.
Do you guarantee we win the license?
No one can. Licensors weigh royalty terms, guarantees, distribution and production capacity as well as the creative. Our job is to make sure the presentation is never the reason you lose.
What do you need from us to start?
The licensor's brand guidelines or style guide if you have them, the categories you are bidding on, your target retailers and channels, and what your factories can produce.
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. License bids are confidential by nature, and we are happy to sign the licensor's or your NDA before we see anything.
What happens after we win?
The After the Win retainer covers style guides, seasonal CADs, tech packs and line sheets, so the line you pitched is the line that ships. Six-month minimum.
Do you work with licensing agencies?
Yes. Agencies bring us in to help licensee candidates present a stronger program, and to build style-guide-ready product once a deal is signed.
